This company keeps stealing money from my checking account even after I tired to cancelled it. And their phone # is only automated, no live person to talk to. Nationwide

This company keeps taking money from my checking account. I have tried to call the 800 number but it is only automated and there isnt an option to speak with someone. I was able to get to a cancellation area on the website and supposedly this membership is cancelled. But I doubt it. As I have done this several time already.
