This company took money out of our checking account twice ($6.78). When we contacted the company, the girl wanted our checking account number and we refusedHe. Ll, i figured they had it anyway (right). So she asked for the last four digits of my social and i gave it to her. She claims that we opened the membership in December. Which is when the first draft occurred.
She gave us a confirmation cancellation number and said that the membership would be cancelled immediately! We had our checking account number changed Anyway!
She said that they are an ATTACHMENT to various PayDay / QuickCash loan companies and that when you apply for one or some of these type loans. You become a member when you submit your application. Now get this. Even if your loan is rejected, they will continue to draft your account until you call and cancel your membership!
We NEVER would have agreed to something so stupid and have never heard of this company until they started to take Unauthorized Drafts out of our Checking Account.
When you apply for these type loans. (she would not confirm the name of which ones). That is how they get your Account Information. The first thing that the Live Chat person on their Website ask you for is your Checking Account Number. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!
