Fraud false advertising ripoff

I recived an email that stated i had won a free compaq presario notebook computer

I dont have a credit card or wish to order anything from them to get it i just want what they told me i had won since they wont send me my computer i consider it fraud and false advertising i wish a lawyer would help me resolve this issue or if any one wants to go in on a class action law suit ive noticed im not the only one theyve ripped off there real coustomer service number is 1-866-301-7260 if anyone can help me resolve this issue my email address (ROR removed because of security purposes)
