I have e-mailed Consumer Incentive Rewards several times stating that I have met all my requirements to receive my laptop. After meeting my requirements, two each from 3 different lists, I noticed that Consumer Incentives had placed 3 requirements met in one of the lists and only 1 requirement in another list. I e-mailed them this problem to no avail.
To try and fix the status of my report, I went ahead and ordered another product so that I could meet the 2 requirements from the list which stated I had only met one. I signed up for EARTHLINK internet service. It has been 6 weeks and EARTHLINK has not reported that I have met my requirement, although I have been billed for the service.
Consumer Incentive still does not recognize my e-mails, other than stating I have not met my requirements yet.
Another one of the sponsers, Nexiderm-SP, has kept sending me their product and billing my credit card after I had cancelled my membership. Per a telephone call, they agreed to send me the product once every three months, and instead sent the product twice the very next month, charging me twice the amount they stated.
I did not have any problems with any of the other sponsers. But I do have a lot of products I don't need and NO LAPTOP!!!
