July 8 unauthorized and unsolicited charge to my Chase Bank Card (Visa). Had not used the physical card for any purpose for approximately 8 months, and it had been cut up. Previously used card for Amazon and Paypal in the distant past (1 year). Suspect either or both of being hacked for card numbers. Card companies could and should recognize this fraudulent vendor and prohibit payments with a notification to cardholder. Cardholders should cancel card to cut out the cancer.
