Scammed of $208.95 plus charged $10.00 by my bank for bounced refund checks St. Petersburg//Largo

Credit Life called and promoted a good sounding program. Stated no charge until 10 days after we receive promotional package. We called to cancel but they had already withdrawn funds from our account. They sent us one check which cleared. Several days later the other two checks arrived. We deposited them into our account.

The bank charged us $5.00 for each check and deducted the total of $208.95 from our acccount. Phone numbers we have for these two companies (CreditLife and Variety) report technical problems.

Then through the internet, we learned of the news report from Tampa, Fl. That authorities busted them.
Guess we'll never see our money.
