Quoted Price Differs From Bill and Cancellation Charge Threatened

I was told I could take DirecTV for one year, then cancel and go back to Dish Network. Then I was told that this doesn't include the DVR recording package, but I was not told this. Then I got a bill for over $75.00, but I was told I would be paying $39,99 per month for 1o months, then $49,99 per month for 2 months, then cancel if I wanted to.

Then I was told that if I cancel I could be charged! 2.50 per month for 2 years for not keeping DirecTV. Nowhere is there a paper that I signed that says that. When I signed what I did sign, I didn't have my glasses on, and he said, "oh, that is just saying you got things hooked up OK." What I signed was not a contract that says what I got or how long I had to keep it. I called the guy up and told them to disconnect anyway.
