On July 17 I was hired to work for Sigman Company of North Carolina LLC as a Sales Representative. When I started training on July 23 I was told how and when I would get paid. The General Manager, Joe Mills, explained there would be a draw on commission of $1500. While employed if no sales were made the Sales Rep would recevie $750 per week until they max the $1500 draw limit.
On August 3 I received $750 for week July 22-28 and $0 for July 29-Aug 4. The General Manager terminated my employment with the company after being from the training programs for 3 days. I explained to Mr. Mills the leads I received from Marketing Department were dead leads and only one customer was interested in the products from the Sigman Company. The others did not or could not use their products so they were not interested. As a result I was fired for not making any sales and I was not paid for my last week.
