I visited their site back in Feb. I paid $19.95 for the inital "KIT" which I never received, but yet my credit card has been charged $49.95 every month since, even though I have sent several emails, no response. I have made several attempts to reach by phone. I get mailbox full, or I stay on hold for 45 minutes and noone ever answers.
I have yet to talk to anyone in 5 months! I want to cancel this but yet I can't seem to. I am unemployed and almost broke. I am 2 days from filing chapter 13, and I can't afford them to be taking money out of my account and I don't know how to reach them or stop this or get any of my money back! I never authorized them to take any money out of my account other that the first $19.95. I never received no kit in the mail or no customer support.
When you go to their site, there is always an error on their page when you try to submit comments, or questions. Please, somebody tell me how to get rid of these money grubbing fools!
