False accusations, there is no contract ripoff

I met this man (Ray) once in my life. I have never signed any contract with him.
I have never agreed to any thing he suggested or done. He (Ray) had only offered various suggestions to one or two of my colleagues that he (Ray) will try to deliver a design of web site to see if the web site will be acceptable to us. I have no clear idea how this fellow end up making up these unsound accusations.
My colleague had been discussing with him (Ray) various options, suddenly we end up with an angry man. He (Ray) wrote all these lies before even finishing negotiations with our colleague.
Good work will grow regardless of the lies, bad people will never succeed.

I am sorry to see some people act irresponsible. I hope people of this kind value the truth and be brave enough to come forward and apologize for their misbehavior.
