They blatantly told me lies in the sales call... Promising options were included in what they were quoting me—only to later tell me it would cost me hundreds more for those options! They duped me into a one year hosting contract without even telling me! In the sales call I told them I just wanted the website and that I had another company hosting... They said that was fine— and later they informed me they have me on a one year hosting contract that they will not let me out of. They promised they could go live in about a week and after I paid they say 8 weeks! The designer refuses to work with my ideas for the site. After only a week and a half, I was appalled at the lies that had materialized and requested a refund and immediate cancellation and they REFUSE. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but Heritage's response was peppered with lies and It doesn't look like that will be resolved. I also filed a complaint with the FTC, but I'm still out design money, a website, and they wont cancel the deceptively obtained hosting contract that I never agreed to! I can't believe how boldly deceptive they've been and I need help!
