Ordered placed 12-09-09 for cigarettes. I called the service phone because they owed me a credit from a previous on line order. They had sent me another brand without my authorization, which were impossible to smoke, each had a hole where the brand was stamped on the cigarette! They offered me free shipping. At this time there was no problem, very kind on the phone, all my info was in there and would ship immediately. However, never got any shipping info and now the site is down. I did receive credit from VISA so I am happy. Like you all, our money is close to our hearts and have been faithful consumers of their company. Good luck. If anyone knows a site similar let me know!
