If you have any complaints pertaining to bad service/business by David Maus Toyota in Sanford, Florida, I encourage everyone of you to contact the Attorney General's Office first (they need a broad scale of people with legitimate complaints, individuals isn't enough), Consumer Service then the Better Business Bureau. I paid $4,000 for repairs within a six month period and my vehicle is currently sitting in my driveway. David Maus Toyota had written me an estimate wanting me to pay an "additional" $3,500 to $4,000 to quote "Replace the engine in my car".
Yes, you heard me, I said an "additional" $3,500 to $4,000 (it's in black in white). Not so good huh? My dealings with them will absolutely blow your minds but right now I'm not at liberty to say exactly what I feel, I can only state the facts. I work very hard for my money, just like you guys and I wanted David Maus Toyota to do the service I paid them for not rip me off and leave my family stranded. If you've been wronged don't let them get away it.
Report it and tell EVERYONE that you know (including CO-Workers/you'll be amazed at what you'll find out) There's plenty of avenues you can use, Media (News), Put out your own fliers (with facts/documentation to back it), local papers, Penny Savers, ETC. David Maus Toyota need to simply right their wrong. Hopefully, if enough of us contact the above Agencies then eventually David Maus Toyota will be held accountable. Oh yeah, Don't forget Class Action Suits.
