I checked with this company before bringing my pc in for a change over, I did this because I purchased most parts over the internet.
My old HP media pc was to be stripped using a few parts, and built into a gaming pc in SLI.
A new lian-li case with window, plus mobo, power supply, 2nd bfg gpu, 2nd HD, zalman 9700 cpu fan, and phone fax card. All these parts were checked when delivered to make sure all was kosher.
When I picked up my NEW? Pc there was a rivit missing from the removable side panel with window. Of course, it was claimed I brought the case in that condition.
After I got this pc home I found they had installed the auxillary fan on my ASUS A8N32-SLI which is only used if your PC is water cooled. Mine is not.
Also, my 2nd HD was not installed properly, the side panel fan was installed in reverse and the OS had defects. Last but not the least, my optical drive no longer works as it should.
It had also been agreed they would do a clean install, meaning wiring would be neatly strapped and routed, all for $175.00 labor plus the parts I bought from them.
I can only guess they didnt' like me for some reason, anyway all I can add is buyer beware. If it happened to me it can happen to anyone.
PS: I forgot, they didnt' set up my bfg GPU in SLI mode.
