CR England
Fraudulent practices ripoff

I will gladly join others to sue CR England.
Unlike most, who have complaints against them, I not only stuck it out as a company driver for a year, I also signed on a lease for 3 years.

Why did I sign a 3 year lease? I was hoping that getting a brand new truck would prevent my spending all my time in the shop. A brand new truck required a 3 year lease. I spent 1/4 of my time in the shop over the next 3 years. Well, almost 3 years.

I was pushed beyond human limits and as a result, landed a collection of speeding tickets. After 2 years and 9 months, I was pulled into the yard and dismissed due to too many speeding tickets.

I used the information on a pro-forma, printed out by the lease dept. I instructed the girl to enter information based on 5 mpg, rather than their claimed 6 mpg. The numbers convinced me to go ahead and give it a try.

After 6 months, and no money, I constantly crunched the numbers and couldn't figure out why reality couldn't match that pro-forma. I finally discovered that while the print out reported the data input of 5 mpg, the actual numbers output was based on 6 mpg. No wonder I couldn't match that pro-forma. Now I'm left to wonder. Is it possible they have a computer that can't mulitply correctly?

I signed on to the medical insurance they provided. After paying for it for 2 years, I had an emergency surgery. The medical insurance did not pay it. Why? Because I had not followed their criteria, made phone calls and let them make the arrangements for tests. My question is this: wouldn't one consider this insurance to be fraud? They sell insurance to OTR drivers who couldn't possibly use it, as they don't have the time to make these phone calls nor be in the right place at the right time, in order to go to their pre-assigned places for these tests. How is an OTR to use such a product and yet they collect that money every week. Does CR England even realize what they are representing?

After the shake down, ending expenses of the lease, etc. I was never given an explanation for a $4000 deduction, paid to Freightliner. I suppose it wasn't any of my business?
