Is a ripoff that screws consumers

I have had a home loan with Ocwen Federal since 1998 in Lithonia Georgia. There have been numerous illegal and unethical business tactics used by them, i.E., collection calls starting the 1st day after the due date (harassment), delayed payment postings, increasing mortgage rates when it should be decreasing as the principle balance is decreasing, late fees posted incorrectly (fraud), etc. I am still being screwed by Ocwen. Can any one tell me how to go about getting an independent account audit?
