We contacted MGR in September 1 and sent them a check for $449.00.
John Rogers assured us the process would take 8-10 weeks. After numerous phone calls we were told that the paperwork was sent to the government agencies and we would have some response by January 10th.
We spoke with Ben Miller who assured us that we were in the computer and that the package was in the mail to us. We still have not received anything.
We would call 2-3 times a week speaking to different people who were well rehearsed in what to say.
It came to the point where they no longer picked up that phone and all calls went to voicemail. We left many messages but never received a call back.
I sent a complaint to Better Business Bureau and Mgr (Michael Bollen) lied to them in a letter stating that they sent out the report to us and even gave a tracking number which was bogus. They also claimed that they would send me an email (which, of course, I never received). They are all well trained liars, scammers and cheats. I cannot believe that they can get away with this. We have no proof whatsoever that they have sent out one request on our behalf. There return policy states that if we receive three denials then we an request a refund. How can we get a denial if they never submit anything to anyone???
