Sent MGR Solutions 317.46 on 3-31-06 for home improvement grant. Was told 6 to 8 weeks, called 5-1-06 was told to call back in a month. Call in 2 weeks, still no letter.
8-9-06 told package sent to another Comp. Recieved 8-12-06. Have called 23 times sence. Sent letter in mail to supervisor, recieved a call from Ben Miller on the 24th of Janurary said I should recieve letter no later than 1-31-07.
Today is 2-8-07 and still no letter. 2-1-07 called asked forMR Miller said they would have him return call. Spoke to Keith Goldgerg on the 2nd and 5th feb. Said he would make sure Ben Miller returned my call. NO call as yet 2-8-07
I am beginning to wonder if their getting peoples money and depositing it in a CD or interest account for one year. Think about it if they get several hundred thousand dollors what would be the interest???
According to TX BBB which they are NOT MEMBERS of; people are not getting their grants, refunds and they are unresponsive. I have a copy of their report I got today 2-8-07.
I either want a Grant or my money back and if its been drawing interest I want that too.
