BERT MOELLER is a known criminal that has stolen from Fullerton Youth Rugby. Bert sold a generator to Fullerton Youth Rugby and then stole it from a storage shed and resold it. Bert has been warned on numerous occasions to discontinue inappropriate behavior with underage girls at rugby practices and after parties at the home he used to occupy prior to becoming homeless. Bert has physically damaged city property in the presence of others and has broken to city property. *WARNING* Bert Moeller is attempting to start a YOUTH rugby club in the Brea, La Mirada, Fullerton area and is looking for kids to join him.
