Tax Relief Associates and it's owner Bert Ferrer did absolutely nothing to help my friend but take his money. My friend contacted Bert Ferrer and Tax Relief Associates several times to resolve the situation but they just gave him the runaround. My friend has asked me to write you because my friend does not have access to the internet
I did a little investigation on the Tax Relief Associates for myself and this is what I have found.
Tax Relief Associates has an F rating with the BBB. The BBB states that it strongly questions the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company is known for its fraudulent business practices. They have many unresolved complaints with your site as well.
So now that they have been exposed, instead of Tax Relief Associates owner Bert Ferrer fixing the complaints with all of these people, he opened a new company, called National Income Tax Centers. National Income Tax Centers and Tax Relief Associates is owned by the same person as Bert Ferrer. They are trying to trick more people with a brand new company. My friend is in a worse financial situation then before he contacted these thieves. Please let others know this information to avoid the same disaster.
