Bert Wolfe Ford, Inc. Refuses services to warranty covered issues - Ford F150

Once again denied service at Bert Wolfe Ford because the vehicle is still under warranty. Always telling me they do not have the part and to reschedule. I made the appropriate appointment. How long does it take to for a rear differential seal. Appropriately, I should have been told the part would be available by noon as this is only Wednesday at 8:00 A.M. (10/10); or to come back Thursday or Friday.instead I was told they were not that busy next week. When next week, would you care to make me an appointment — they did not! This will make the third time that there has been vehicle issues and the same thing occurred.
