I sent for a package back in January of 07, the cost was to be $ 7.95 for a three day express delivery. I never received said package until 45 days later after I had called to see where this package was. Meanwhile, I had already been charged $ 49.95 for I don't know what. Well, I thought I had resolved the matter. I thought I had closed this so called account back in March. One month was credited back among other charges. I just opened my credit card statement this very morning and to my surprise again I am being charged $ 49.95 by Online Supplier. I called online supplier they claim to have no record of these charges. I had to cancel my credit card, closing the account just to keep this company from charging me. Back in March I had filed a complaint # 16008934 with the Better Business Bureau out in Santa Barbara, Ca. Here's their web site and phone number. Www.santabarbara. BBB.org Telephone # (805) 963-8657. Anyone willing to start a class action law suite against online suppliers and put them out of business please contact me: e-mail [email protected]. We as consumers need to send companies like this a message. The only way to put a stop to businesses like online suppliers is by all of us that have been Ripped Off to come together and put an end to them
