My name is Nicola M. I have a daughter named Diamond M.By Vance D. Whom is a deadbeat dad. I am a disabled mom and my daughter is disabled also! I am writing you to ask for your help with Support Kids Child Support Enforcement Office. They are illegally taking my daughters child support money that Baltimore City Child Support has finally gotten Vance D. To pay (bails).in 2009 I was raising Diamond on my own without any help from her father (and still is) and desperately I signed up for Support Kids after seeing their commercial on television (I thought they were a God Sent).in no way, shape, or form did I think I was signing my daughter owed Child Support money away to them for life but that is exactly what I was doing! After almost a years time of them doing nothing on the case I called them and asked them to close my case out! At first I had a hard time getting through to someone and when I did they informed me that the case was moved to Richard J. Richard J. And now they say that it has been transferred again to someone that they couldnt give me the name of just the phone # 512-437-6001. I have contacted Baltimore Citys Child Support Office and they informed me that Support Kids name is not even on my case file but they are taking 33% of the payments when Baltimore City finally gets Vance to pay (which comes from the bail when they lock him up for contempt). I ve contacted them repeatedly asking them to close the case and now I am being told that I cant get out of the contract until the back money is paid in full which is at least $25,000 and I know he will never ever pay it. So that means that they will be taking almost half of my daughters money for life. They are acting like the mob! These people prey on mothers that are desperately seeking help to take care of their children and when we find out that they are not even doing what they promise to do and want to get out, they to tell you that you have almost signed in blood! Please can someone help me because I dont know where else to turn? I need these payments to take care of my disabled daughter!
