I too am experiencing poor service from Drive Financial. They call my home if I am more than a day late. I know for a fact that I do have a grace period. The hidden fees are ridiculus! Right now I am trying to get a deferment for one missed payment, an email was submitted... No response as of yet. It has been 48 hours. This company needs to be stopped!
Just yesterday (4/30), some guy called me @ work from there., the # that he called from was 469-385-5260. He stated that he was calling from the Corporate offcie in Dallas. Now, the call DIDN'T COME TILL AFTER I sent the email. He was saying that I was 90 days behind on my payments. No true. He also wanted me to verify my address where the car is being store. I refused to give up the infornmation and I asked him not to call my job again. Count me in for the lawsuit!
