I am writing in the hope that this information maybe will help some of you so as not to be conned by this woman. Her name is Lucie Warg and she is a con artist. She is very clever and knows how to cheat people out of their money. Let me explain;
My ex husband (Vietnamese nacionality) met Lucie Warg over 25 years ago. She helped him to sort out paper work for his residency in the States. She had a license to do tax declarations so she helped him on tax papers etc. Then she disapeared and he heard nothing from her until 1997 when she phoned our house in Phoenix one day. Our little boy was about 9 months old then. (By the way I am British and resident in Spain - my husband Curtis and I traveled a lot and were back and forth from Phoenix) She told him she was not an attorney and offered to take care of the houses and buiseness while he was away.
He trusted her and gave her power of attorney. She did everything for him very well and he ended up giving her 100% power of attorney. She still did everything fine as he told her to do aparantly. Curtis was ill. He had a heart problem. He told me that if anything ever happened to him for me to get in touch with Lucie and she would take care of everything as she had his testament and our son Daniel would inherit everything as his daughter from a previous relationship sadly passed away in 1999.
On 15th of January my ex had a heart attack and was in coma until 28th of January when he passed away. I got in touch with Lucie Warg. She made excuses that she couldnt come to the funeral in France because she had lost her passport.
She told me to have patience as she was sorting out the inheritance for our son Daniel who was 8 years old.
She lied! What she was doing was using her power of attorney and selling the 2 houses in Phoenix and doing a runner with the money.
She refused to answer my e-mails. She or her partner David hung up the phone on me every time I called and were very rude to me.
Eventually I got a lawyer and the day before the court order arrived at Bank One to seal the safe deposit box, it was opened by Lucie Warg and another family member.
With the money from the 2 houses she has opened a clinic she calls the '0miracle healing clinic' and has her own website.
She had an office in Orange county with the walls full of lawyers certificates and diplomas with her name and photo. Now on her website she claims to be a 'juris doctor' (attorney) an ordained minister with the 'Universal life church' - a reiki specialist and loads of other things including a Doctor of psycology, medical hipnotherapy etc.
Firstly my lawyer told me that the American Board of attorneys have never heard of her - she was investigated and is not a lawyer, she's never studied law or medicine and she has never had anything more than a liscence to do tax declarations and that finished in 1999.
My husband had a non profit organization called Sans Frontiers World Aide (S.F.W.A.) He traveled around the world helping the poor and needy. She saw all the donations that came in and started using them for her own benifit. She was on the board and did things correctly when he was alive. She ran the Arizona head office. The board of directors kicked her out and ordered the US branch to be closed because of Lucie Wargs fraude.
Please be careful of her. I am in Spain and don't have the money to take her to court. She knows that. She stole my little boys inheritance that his Daddy left him. She dissapeared the will and testament and left us with nothing. She stole from a little boy and used the money to set up a buiseness where she can con more people.
I investigated her site. If you do the same you will find that most of the certificates she claims to have (like the ordained minister at the universal life church) You can buy on-line for a few hundred dollars. Even registered with th International board of Reiki is easy if you pay. I tried to register online filling in loads of rubbish nd they accepted me. I no nothing about reiki!
This woman is dangerous and has no heart! I even wrote to her pleading with her to let me have all the sentimental things belonging to my ex from the house for our little boy - photos etc. She ignored my mails and aparantly had everything thrown out in the trash. Now with my sons money she has the MDL HEaling clinic - please beware so the same thing doesnt happen to you or your children. On her website she makes herself to look like a saint when she is an evil devil woman!
