I was ripped off as well. I gave a 500 deposit for a 1999 sebring lxi coupe. I attempted several times to receive my deposit back because he had sold the vehicle to somebody else. He wrote a receipt stating that the deposit was fully refundable until signed approval. Mr charles single told me that the accounting office only destributed refunds the 1st of the month. And like a dumbass that i am i waited. I got sick and tired of waitng so was escorted by officer s. Freeman of port saint lucie and he said and i quote " i was going to call you but since you brought the police, you are going to have call my lawyer". I stated that all you had to do is write me a check and i can be on my way but he refused to do so. Please i need your help. Nebody. My email address is. We need to put a stop to this madness..
