Evercom a correctional billing service is ripping people off 100's and 100's of dollars. I have spent over $5000.00 in payments to this service in six months. This company needs to be shut down. Their customer service is a joke. They are incapable of helping with the smallest problem. The calls from the correctional facility is unclear and i spend most of the 15 min asking him to repeat what he said. They are price gougig people who have done nothing wrong. We just want to keep in touch with our loved ones.
