Can i get out? They wanted to enrolled so fast. I signed an online application. But I did not do a fiance application or fafsa. Ripoff san diego, california

They rushed me to signing an application on line. I did not do a fafsa or give them my pin.
Am I liable even though I did start classes?

I read some much negative stuff. That is why they wanted me to enrolled so badly? Am I liable to pay? I didnt start any classes at all. I just filled out a application and sign e signature for a bachor's degree.
Please Help, thank you.
