My son's father googled fafsa to fill out the application for our sons financial aid and right on top of all the searches is a site called FAFSA.com that looks very official.instead of the free service you should get it charges you $80.00. On top of this you do not get to print or view your application the way you do if you go to fafsa. Ed. Gov but have to wait 10 days while they "review" it and hold it from you.
I cannot believe our goverment has not put a stop to this. It is clearly not only misleading but a disservice to everyone. Shame on you
