My name is Nikelsi im seventeen years old and i beleived that i was a victim of a ripoff. On March 7 a nice young lady came into my store Naturalizer and offered us a package to a Salon Safar. The company of this Salon is AD EFX in Fort lauderdale, FL. I offered myself to buy this package. Later after she left my manager looked over the package and insisted that i did a mistake and that i should try getting a refund. I called the customer service number that was behind the package and they told me to the following in order to get a refund: They told me that i had to mail it out within three business days, i mailed it out March 8. They told me to send it to their address with my card info and all personal info so that i can get my full refund of $120.00. I waited about a week and on March 16 i looked at my account on line and saw that they online credited back $10.00 into my account. I waited a couple of days but i still have not received my refund. I called the customer service number again and left messages, they are not responding. I called the salon where i was suppose to go to and told them about the situation and they're just giving me the run around. I told my manager about this situation and she requested this site. I don't know what more to do all i want is to get my refund back, Please help me with this injustice.
