I had a lay-a-way account for a desktop computer and they lost my account with $225.00 already paid into the computer ripoff

I had a lay-a-way account set up with sweepstakes clearing house for a IBM Desktop computer and I had nearly paid $225.00 into this account. I called them to have the address changed on my account and they told me that my account no longer exist and that the money i had put into this account is not refunded. This is truley some bulls*! Now i am out 225.00 and don't get any kind of credit or nothing. They claim that my account can not be found in their computer system. I think this is just a scam for them to make money but not provided the product to the customer.
