I am so fed up and dissappointed w / this company. A couple years ago I signed up for a $12k training/mentorship/camp program and also had spent about $3k on another seminar and software. The first couple were ok, the mentorship was terrible. I attended a camp in Phoenix (flying from CHicago) and was so disappointed I left after the first day. After pulling teeth for months - they finally refunded a small portion (after i had already spent the money/airfair/lodging to get there) I had 1 boot camp credit left and have hesitated to use it b/c their programs are so dissappointing and i don't want to fly accross country to find out again! They said i could wait to attend one locally - NEVER stating my contract had expired. I've requested refunds, even requesting to attend a local camp just to "use" my addition $3000 I ALREADY paid. They will not even listen to me - only saying that I have to pay a $500 RE-Activation fee! Why would I pay MORE $???
I keep asking to speak w / Management and they say rude things or hang up. I don't get returned calls. Etc.
Please BEWARE! They sell you saying that you will make up your investment inside of 3 months - so just put in on a credit card. Well, it can be done - but not w / their training.
I would gladly be part of a class action lawsuit. Or complaint - I see I am CLEARLY NOT the only one being screwed over for thousands by them.: (
