I ordered the Never Shave Again, hair removal starter kit believing I could get my money back if I was not happy with the product, withen 30 days. I tried the product and it didn't work at all. Knowing I only had 30 days, I contacted the company through thier website for the return number and address. I sent my package and waited for my refund.
About a week later my package returned, denied at that address, I contacted the company again and was given a different address. Not even in the same town as the first address! They kept my package that time, AND MY REFUND!
First they said my refund was being processed. I waited a couple of weeks more and contacted them again. Then they said that my 30 days was up and I would not be getting my money back. I told the Company I had a copy Of the e-mail they had sent with the wrong address. That didn't bother them.
I turned the Company into The BBB of New Jersey.
