I purchaced a hair removal product from (never shave again) or finally free hair removal. For my wife she went exactly to the instructions not one hair had been removed. So we did the same with the return instructions and even insured and certifed with cignature. Waited the 30 days for my money to be returned and then started to call asking if there was a problem. I get the same answer each time. Yes your return was received, no they have not reimbursed as yet, and another message about your concern has been sent to them. Meaning they have a service and could care less about you. They have already got your money!!!
