On Saturday February 2nd 2007 going thru stacks of mail because my home is being foreclosed on, I open mail from the above company National Financial Solutions, LLC *NFS* and it outlines services I'm in need of, such as talking with my leader, seeking other funding, just basically saving my home.
Contacting the above phone number I reach Eli Taylor at or around 11:30am, he informed me right up front that he couldn't talk to me until I deposited the 800.00 into this account and he proceeded to tell me ways of making this payment to him, Western Union, Money Gram, or Bank of America. When I questioned him as to what all he was going to do for me, in the area of saving my home he stated everything on the list of the mailer and he exclaimed his prior work experience and said if I put the money in the bank to day he could start first thing Monday morning. I questioned him futher in the area of me being able to call my lender to verify if the foreclosure was stopped, and Mr. Taylor sure can call them and it should be done by 2pm or 3pm giving enough time to contact the lenders attorney.
At that time I told him that I'll call him back once I found a Bank of America, when I did he asked that I get a copy of the deposit and fax it to him, then I questioned him, why can't you see the deposit online and that's when he said yes I can see it online but we like to have a faxed copy on hand. I complied and asked the Teller to give me something to fax to him and I received the copy of the deposit slip and the hand written deposit slip via the Teller. I informed Mr. Taylor I only had 400.00 in cash with me and I would deposit the balance on Monday morning. He told me ok, I'll fax you the paper work over for you to complete and fax back to my office so I can start to work on it as soon as you make the deposit of the other 400.00. Monday morning I deposited the balance of the 800.00 and attempted to contact Mr. Taylor via the above phone number from 9: am and there was no answer until 11: am, and when he did answer the phone he told me he would start on my paperwork after making sure all the funds was there and he'd call me back in 30min after he was sure the funds were there. At that time I asked why? Because I faxed it and he could check online to see that I paid, he told me, he'd still have to check and would call me back in 30 min, then ended the call.
I tried calling him from 1pm Monday to no avail, he never answered the phone, but, he did call me back at 2pm with instructions to give him another 1000.00 dollars and he could get a retainer and hold off the mortgage company. I informed him I didn't have another 1000.00 to give him and he told me his fee was 800.00 to do what needed to be done. That's when he said he'd call me back.
I called and spoke with my lender who informed me that no one called them from National Financial Solutions and he'd never heard of them. My lender then followed up with the fact that no way were this company going to find me additional money, get me refinanced or re-do my loan in anyway before the close of business today and sounds as if I'd been scammed. While speaking with my leader on the phone Mr. Taylor did call back and he asked me if I had a pen and paper, I said yes, he told me to write this down go to office depot or office max and pick up Socrates Bankruptcy Kit then I questioned him as too why? Mr. Taylor said just do it then call me back, which I did, and he told me to sit down and do it and file my bankruptcy in court myself.
I informed Mr. Taylor I was not an attorney and he informed me I didn't need to be and he saved me thousands of dollars by doing it this way. I asked him is this what I paid him 800.00 for and he say hey, look I saved you a lot of money and yes then I asked if this is it and he said yes, and infact he had to get off the line and help other clients.
I've tried to call Mr. Taylor 30 or 40 times Monday and he never answered my call, I called him Tuesday and he spoke with me once only to tell me he wouldn't give me my money back and he felt it was right what he did and he felt good about it.
I have no other choice but to try to retrieve my money back from him through outside help, he won't answer my calls or return any of them. This man has to be stopped from doing this of this nature of taking people's last dollars in the time of need. This is fraud.
