I got a flyer in the mail about a "FREE" trial of a weight loss medication. I thought that this was similar to the one I had used before so I ordered the "FREE" sample and paid shipping and read over as much of the terms and conditions as I could. I received the product and did not like the way it made me feel so I decided not to order anymore.
About a week later the company deducted $149.95 from my checking account and I am furious! I contacted the company numerous times and they just reply with a copy of the terms and conditons. It is really frustrating. What can I do? This is ridiculous and deceiving and the worst business I have ever seen. Is this legal? HELP!
