I never read product was told 9.99 chg my credit acct 67.92 i have tried to contact them no responce ripoff Nationwide

I ordered lil reminder on there web sight never received product. Was suppose to be 9.99 took 67.92 out of my checking acct. Have notified them. They said would get back to me in 5 days never happened. I keep e-mailing them. Nothing
