The date may not be excact, never the less, this is what happened. I've read the complaints against this company and mind is no differant, it is the same. I ordered the product for the small fee of 5.99 for the s/h, but after i didn't return the product before the trial period my acct. Was dock $95.00 which i wasnt aware of. Now due to and extreme emergancy i had to leave the state of california immediately after recieveing the product in the mail so i was not able to return it at the appropriate time so i was charged for. Now that i have returned i have tried to contact this company and i was told that they have no records of me in their files. Then i was told that if i wanted my refund i would need some sort of # which is suppose to be provide by them however i have yet to recieve it so i have not sent the product back, because i was also told that without the # they wouldn't accept their product back. So i'm hoping your company can help me. Pls. And i will send the product back but i would love to have money returned also. Thank you
