I have a checking account with BB&T branch bank here in statesville NC. I have had the accont almost a year and few minor problems, nothing that was not my fault! But! In the last 30 to 40 days, every time i check I'm in the hole for NSF charges. I have some charges that I caused and have no problem paying the charges even though there rediculious!!! MY complant is from 5/22 until 7/8 they have basically took $1630.07 of my money, not counting picking up returned checks. All the information I got is from online banking report!!! This is there report and so how can they still manage to take a months of my income!!! My automobile is about to reperested because I'm behind on payments and on the edge of being evicted from my home! If this issue is not resovled in very timly manner, I will make contact with every news organization and consult with an attorney and sue for damages that will far exceed the amount they owe me. If they make it right and return all of my money I will drop the whole issue!!! 7/8
