Same company, same scam, different sucker! Due to this website I did finally get in touch with someone who gave me a cancellation code and his name, as well. I didn't think about getting his ID #. He said I would not get any more charges, but he wouldn't take off past charges.
His English was pretty good, but sounded like from another country. The accent sounded either Indian or Asian. So I wonder if they are in another country.
I have learned a $120 lesson the hard way... And this was for our church, too, sadly enough. Its bad enough for people to be ripped off, but ripping off a church is doubly sad.
The number I called was 866-370-7270. Marco was the name the rep gave me.
I HOPE it is truly cancelled. I check my email and there is still no note of it. But I do have the cancellation code at least.
Also the other 800 number is the company that has taken their office spot. They just assumed their number after they moved, so they're just giving out the correct number to those who call.
