We ordered a digi makover for our daughter December 1 and have received nothing. We emailed them a week ago and received an email saying they are behind and we should be receiving our confirmation/ship email shortly and will receive our product in plenty of time for Christmas. We have heard nothing since then. We emailed again this morning 12/14, and got an email saying somebody will get to us in 24 hours. I really have my doubts we will receive this product in time. They still have it listed on there website as "in stock" for double the price we paid 2 weeks ago. After reading some of the other complaint, I am very worried.
