Good old membership plus they took 21.95 out of my account and said i signed up for roadside assistance when i got a cash advance, if i'm getting a cash advance i don't think i have an extra 21.95 to throw around on roadside assistance.
I called 3 times and got hung up on the first two then i called from a diffrent number and i was super super nice then i got something rolling they said what it was alledgely for (Roadside Assistance).
At this point she said i could cancel it which is what i wanted to do the first two times i called, then she said my money would be refunded and i did not even ask for it to be this was shocking because i have read sevral reports from this site before i contacted them but still i will not be holding my breath on that refund.
If you end up having to deal with these people don't get mad at them i will just make them argue with you and talk over you but if you are nice they really let me have more info of this huge rip off the have going on.
I hope this can help someone like some of the other reports on this site helped me with many issues (especially Blue Hippo) so good luck
