I purchased 3 Motorola Razr V3 cell phones from TigerDirect.com on 9/19/05. Each phone had 2- $100 rebates offered after 180 days of service. I filed all 6 rebates on 3/20/06. I still have not received any money from them. Their latest customer support phone message states that they have found irregularities in their rebate process, so all rebates are being reprocessed! One other issue with the rebates is causing both rebates for one phone to be denied. When I purchased my three phones from Tiger Direct, I requested that all three phones be placed on the same family plan because, well, we're a family of three. When I received them, the phone that was to have our land line ported to it had been placed on a separate plan. I called and had it changed to be included on our family plan as I had originally ordered. Now they are denying the rebate because, "Your rebate was denied because your wireless carrier has reported that your rate plan was changed to a lower monthly plan or a shorter contract term than originally purchased." I have spoken to 4 different customer reps since 5/27, and they all promise me that i will have an answer in 10-14 days. No one has ever contacted me. Neither of the reasons stated are true. Tiger Diect made the error on how the phones were set up.
