They are making me pay for service charges etc. On two phones, both of which I can't use

I've been a customer of Cingular Wireless for three years now. I bought into a plan for my son and I. His phone was the "main" line, and mine was the "secondary" line. With his phone being the main line, it was $60.00 a month plus $10.00 for mine. I had insurance on the phones, and after a year, I renewed my contract with them, for two more years. When I did, they for some reason cancelled the insurance without my knowledge. They had put road side assistance on the phones. I didn't need or want road side servece, I wanted the insurance to cover for anything that went wrong with my phones. With the renewal, we got new phones. Later, my son's phone was busted up, and we had it turned off. Plus, the new phone I now had, didn't work right. I still thought I had insurance on the phones, however, when I started to ask for a new phone, Cingular finally let me know that I didn't have the insurance I thought I had. So, they wouldn't replace them or repair my phones. Right now, I'm using a friends phone, or I wouldn't have a phone at all. I have been calling Cingular and going to the mall to try to work something out with them. I didn't want any problems with them, and was willing to stay with them if they made things right with me. But they wouldn't do anything until last week. They said they would replace the phone with two new ones at $60.00 a month and a new two year contact. Even though that wasn't fair to me, I was willing to do it. But they have now sented a bill for $130.00. They said it was for the reactavation, for the new phones, (of which I never got,) and for service for the two old phones. What I want to know is, what service? I haven't had service from either phone for about two years now. These problems have went on for way to long. I even called and asked for the corporate headquarters phone number, and they wouldn't let me have it. A man I talked to on the phone from Cingular, told me that he didn't think I had the right to talk to anyone from corporate headquarters, and farther more he acted as though he didn't have the number nor did he seem to know where headquarters was located. I told him I didn't believe him. I know the people that works for a company knows information like that. Just how dumb does he think people are? Now they want to charge me $80.00 a month. I'm going to cancel my contact. They want me to keep paying for nothing!!! I believe that just because you sign a contact, it shouldn't mean that you owe them for the entire time, if you are having problems like I've had. Even the people at the mall said that the phone is shot. I can't use it at all. They are riping me off and I'm tired of it!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!!
