I found the charge on my credit card. I then called the number that I found in consumer complaints and got a company I had done business with over a month ago and it was not ShoppingEssential.
I asked for a refund and the operator had to go to a supervisor to find the charge. When the operator got back on the line I was assured that the charge would be reversed. I notified my credit card company of this and disputed it with them.
I hope it works out the way the operator said it would.
