All of a sudden I have a $19.95 charge in my checking account, I have no idea where it came from and haven't been able to talk to anyone at this business. (c)

All of a sudden I have a charge in my checking account from shopping essential. I have no idea where the charge came from or who this company is. I have tried to call the number 888-999=0564 but cannot get thru to anyone.
