I was ripped-off too. They matched me with 6 lenders I was denied by all six lenders I submitted a request for a refund on August 17 its been 29 days and I have not receive a credit on my credit card. They claim it takes 15-30 days to see a refund if you do not see a refund you can email to check the status of your refund. I can not find an email to email them to chedk the status so I went on line looking for this company and found 20 rip off reports on this company everyone claiming they did not receive an refund of the 99.00 they charge for this service so if anyone has an email address for this company can you please send it to me. So I can contact them.
