Harris Digital Publishing CLAIMS their product NET DETECTIVE, will allow you to do Background Checks, search public records, etc. They first charge you $29.00, Then, you find out all you can really do is Find phone numbers, addresses, verify what State a social security number was issued in; nothing you can't find for FREE!!! They claim that Net Detective is used by Detectives to perform all kinds of investigations. But after you purchase, they tell you must purchase Net Detective Plus @ $9.95 per month to get anything like a "background check". Harris provides no email address, no voice phone number, and none of their supposed links to customer service work, including the supposed "COMPLAINTS" connections. The hype to get you to purchase very deceptive at best, if not Fraudulant. BEWARE!!! I was a victim, with apparently NO recource.
