Dear Sir or Madam:
In March, I ordered a trial sample of this product. I imediately cancelled further shipments by calling them. Everything was fine until September.
Toward the end of September, I recieved three bottles of their product in one week. They took over fifty dollars out of my account for each bottle.
I called them again and they said they had no record of my cancellation. When I asked why they shipped nothing between the months of March through September, their reponse was lack of product.
As requested, I sent them a fax of my March phone bill showing where I talked to them.in the fax, I told them again to stop immediately. Friday, October 20, I recieved another bottle.
This is a horrible problem since I ordered this on my debit card and have no recourse except having the bank refuse all payments of the exact amount they are charging me.
