I ordered this product on a trial basis in December. I paid $4.74 for the shipping. I sent them an 3-mail requesting a refund. Then, on January 12 they presented a check draft to my bank for $58.93 and the bank paid it.
I called Momentum Direct and they said they never got the cancellation, however they never shipped any more product. And since they continue to debit my account every 2 weeks for the amount of $58.95 for a total of $176.85 plus $96.00 for overdrafts charges that they have caused me. So far they owe me a refund od $ 272.85 in total. Now they said I would get a refund in two weeks. Meanwhile they continue to debit my account.
The Bank advised me to close the account.
